- Only one discount can be availed per day by a customer.
- The membership is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- The membership can be used for Dine-In and Takeaway orders only.
- The 20% discount is applicable immediately, including on the bill where the membership is purchased.
- There is no cap on the discount amount per bill.
- The ₹299 membership cannot be clubbed with the following:
- Wallet rewards
- Birthday/Anniversary coupons
- Loyalty coupons
- Happy Hours
- Royal Dinner Delight
- If the 20% discount is applied, Zomato Gold or Dineout offers/payment modes cannot be used.
- Loyalty points and Paradise membership discounts cannot be used together in a single transaction.
- If a Free Biryani is already present in the customer’s wallet from the old program, it can still be redeemed (if unexpired).
- The old Loyalty Program (Visit 3 times, get 1 Free Biryani) has been discontinued.
- Paradise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Paradise membership and its terms at any time without prior notice.
- OTP verification is mandatory for redemption of 20% discount, sent only to the registered mobile number.
- The ₹299 Paradise membership and its benefits are non-transferable.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of Paradise Management will be final.
- The 20% discount is applicable only on direct orders (Dine-In and Takeaway) and not valid on third-party platforms like Swiggy or Zomato.
